Directions from the Long Island Expressway (Route 495):

Traveling Westbound: Exit at #46, Sunnyside Blvd. At the traffic light, turn right and continue on Sunnyside Blvd. until the end. At this traffic light, turn right onto Woodbury Road. We are the first building on the right.
